Dr. Rüdiger Warnke , born 1943, qualified as a German lawyer since 1974. He read law, business administration and philosophy at Hamburg and Freiburg University and obtained his doctorate in law in 1975. He became a partner with Dabelstein & Passehl in 1977 and was managing partner from 1985 until 2000.
For more than three decades Rüdiger Warnke has been working in the shipping and insurance lawfield. His ample experience is put to good use when assisting shipowners and advising on new investment projects.
Focus of Practice:
Further areas of activity include since long advice on corporate succession, inheritance law, asset transfers and financial management as well as investment funds and among those in particular shipping funds, prospectus liability issues and investment advice. He is a member of numerous organisations and societies, including the German Association of Inheritance Law (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Erbrecht). Rüdiger Warnke is acting as arbitrator and as executor of last wills and testaments.
