Sieke Kremer-Tiedchen , born 1965, qualified as a German lawyer in 1996. Read law at Passau University, Germany and Cardiff University, Wales. Ms. Kremer-Tiedchen initially joined a London law firm with predominantly British-German private and commercial clientele. After admission to the German bar in 1996 she worked with various law firms and as in house-counsel for a German ship-owner.
Ms. Kremer-Tiedchen moved to Hamburg in 2001 joining a firm specialising in ship-financing and registration which she left in 2005 to team up with Dabelstein & Pas-sehl.
Focus of Practice:
She specialises in ship-financing and ship registration in Germany and abroad as well as in ship sale and purchase and ship building contracts. Ms. Kremer-Tiedchen has a keen interest in white collar crime issues and holds a qualification as specialist lawyer in criminal law conferred by the German Law Society (“Fachanwältin für Strafrecht”).
