Guido Botters , born 1977, qualified as a German lawyer in 2009. After studying law at the University of Osnabrueck and at the Westfaelische Wilhelms-University Muenster he worked for a global provider of legal and economic information. He completed his legal traineeship, which included training at Dabelstein & Passehl and at a law firm in Auckland / New Zealand specializing in various areas of commerce, including shipping and international trade as well, from 2007 till 2009. Guido Botters worked on varying container vessels for several months. During this time he gained diverse practical experiences in the field of merchant shipping. He joined Dabelstein & Passehl in January 2010.
Focus of Practice:
His particular areas of practice are multimodal and maritime contracts of carriage, inland waterway shipping as well as commercial law and corporate law.
